BUDGETS

The budget you have to spend on a renovation depends on your reasons for renovating in the first place. Renovations can be lots of fun however if you get it wrong in the planning stage then it will filter down to the final result. Every body has an idea of what they would like to invest in their new bathroom , so here is a guide of what you can expect from us.

SPECIFICATIONS

Basic bathrooms would start at around $10,000 they could easily rise to $12/15,000. This price range would give you a basic toilet , acrylic shower , vanity , tiled floors and splash backs , painted walls elsewhere, extraction and 1 led light. All fixtures would remain in the same position. All trades would be included. Mid range bathrooms would come in around $15,000 to $22,000 That would be a full renovation where all wall linings would be removed , fully tiled floor and walls to half way . We would have a fully tiled shower , Waterproofing ,led lighting , heated towel rail and better quality fittings all round. Wall hung vanity and mirror cabinet would come as standard.
High end / luxury bathrooms would be starting around $22,000 and rising to your limit. That again would be a full strip out , cavity sliders, fully tiled , fully Waterproofed , heated floors , led lighting throughout, upgraded extraction systems etc. All of our bathrooms are project managed
